Ubisoft is suing a US disc duplication unbending for USD 10m in damages after an antediluvian PC idea of Assassin’s Creed leaked onto the internet. The French publisher has hypothetical that North Carolina-based Optical Experts Manufacturing is principal for the leak, which occurred in departed February - some six weeks before the game’s release. OEM now faces the engaged wrath of Ubi’s proper muscle, and is being sued for hole of contract, oversight and copyright infringement, with damages and sound fees also sought for the three claims to the pitch of USD10 million.
