movie. Like the best episodes in the series, it picked a idea (this lifetime forgiveness) and managed to intertwine it through multiple plot points. And it proved that a treasured small screen show actually can make a successful hop to the big screen. (Are you listening David Chase?) Hollywood wondered if a talking picture with all-female leads could draw out a big audience, and the satisfy has been a resounding yes, to the unison of $140 million plus.
There’s already discourse of a sequel, which might be tough all things the movie wrapped everything up nicely. But with that good-natured of money to be made, it’ll be perplexing to resist.
