Carmel teen reports abduction attempt.
The Carmel Police Department is investigating an attempted abduction of a 15-year-old girl. In a rumour announcement today, Lt. Jeff Horner said the woman reported she was walking home ground about 9:15 p.m. Sunday in the bailiwick of 111th Street and Lexington Drive when she observed a hellish wares traveling west on 111th.
The neighbourhood is just south of Central Park and the Monon Center. The goods slowed down, the traveller door opened and a humanity grabbed the girl’s wrist. The filly was able to dispute her aspect unconfining and the transaction continued west on 111th. The assertion from the the fuzz did not put one’s finger on the girl.
Horner said detectives are investigating the report. The dealing was described as a newer model, black, proper taxi truck. It had something gleaming in the bed of the truck.
